Job Summary:
You will be part of the engineering team responsible for designing, Architecting the Observability, performance, availability, Scalability, and security of the infrastructure spread across the globe.

Tech Lead / Lead Cloud Engineer will be responsible for Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure) using various Cloud Native Technologies. Always ensure the performance, availability, and security of the HighRadius SAAS Platform.

She/he will also be responsible for the Build / Deployment of infrastructure on the AWS /GCP Platform using various AWS / GCP services like VMs, ASGs, Storage, Load Balancers, Containers, and Observability/monitoring.

This is not an operations support role and requires good infra-engineering experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement Infrastructure automation through Ansible, and Terraform. Jenkins for auto-provisioning, code deployments, software installation, and configuration updates.
  • Troubleshooting and logical/analytical skills with the ability to drill down to isolate and determine causes and solve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in projects like infrastructure refreshes, consolidating and modernizing technology footprints, cloud integration and migration, and network traffic/capacity optimization.
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery setup and testing. Work with security and compliance teams.
  • Conduct Tool evaluation, Proof of concepts.
Requirements:
  • Must have 8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure engineering / Systems Engineering.
  • Must have 4+ years’ experience in Google / AWS Cloud Platform cloud services.
  • Should have 3+ Having experience in automation tools/orchestrators - Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Strong proficiency in building / Deployment of infrastructure in multi-cloud platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Network, Database, Server, Storage, etc.
  • Strong in cloud infrastructure principles and practices related to High Availability, Security, and Cost optimization.
  • Understanding the Cloud-native concepts and tools.
  • Ability to identify performance issues within the application architecture, Load balancers, Tomcat, Weblogic, Database, Operating system, and Network.
  • A strong team player. Ability to collaborate within a team, with other colleagues, 3rd party vendors, and customers.
  • Good communication skills. Experience in handling Internal and External stakeholders across the globe.
  • Adaptable to new technologies, eager to learn new tools and ways of solving problems.
  • Experience with Cloud Security and Compliance is an added advantage.
