Must Have
- Mainframes Testing
- Good understanding of DB2 & SQL
- Good understanding of Mainframe Utilities such as FileAid, Copybooks, VSAM, File Operation commands, SPOOL, and CICS.
- Candidate should have a good QE mindset and should understand the different types of test needs (Functional, Integration, Regression.)
- Agile- Associate should have worked in a scrum team and understand the scrum ceremonies
- Soft Skills - Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Good To Have
- Exposure to Financial Services Industry will be a plus
