Key Responsibilities:-
  1. Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.
  2. Helping make the payroll of the company.
  3. Preparing weekly and monthly reports related to HR functions
  4. Organising important events of the organization.
  5. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
  6. Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
  7. Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
